Posting PIctures

I just thought I would post a photo, to figure out how to post photos...


I took this photo last spring on one of my walks where I carry lots of photo gear and wander around the city. I think that I took up photography because I like wandering around. I am particularly drawn to things that aren’t photogenic like alleys and dilapidated places. (Don’t worry, the location you see here, although photogenic, is surrounded by plenty of places that aren’t.)

My theory is that if you just wander around these places, people get quite suspicious of you—however, if you carry a camera, it seems you magically turn from a loiterer to an artist.

My very first post

Hi, I finally got up the nerve to post something on my new blog. Not that I have an old blog, but I have started 3 accounts now and never done anything with them.

Anyway, yeah, I hope that this turns out to be a good way to keep my thoughts (and opinions) from piling up inside my head and making my head explode. Or it might be just that I write all my stuff on this silly blog and think that I am really cool because I of the silly blog and the things I write in it, that no one reads.

Well, stay tuned, I hope to actually post somethign of value soon...
